3The Seedo app will send you several notifications throughout the growth process. Your quick response is important to ensure an effective growth cycle and will influence it.

Please make sure to answer correctly and quickly to avoid any unnecessary setbacks.

In case you chose to fill water and drain manually - you will be asked from time to time to fill the upper tank with water. You will also be asked to allow the drainage process to begin, while making sure that your external drainage container is empty.

You may have noticed that you received an additional bottle of “pH +” (UP) solution. During your growth cycle, there may be a situation where the system will detect a decrease in pH values, at which time you will be instructed to add the pH UP solution. All you need to do is follow the notification instructions: Mix 1 teaspoon of 'pH +’ with 1 glass of regular tap water and pour the liquid into the drainage area, located to the left of the growing slab.

We recommend using gloves during this process.

If you miss answering a notification, don’t worry you will receive the notification again within a few hours.

Initial Slab Watering

• The initial watering of the slab is a long process that might take several hours, during this time you will need to refill your Seedo top water tank at least twice (if you choose to fill the water manually).

• Wait until you receive a notification informing you that “Watering the slab is DONE”. Once you get this notification, make a few cuts in the nylon cover with a knife, and only then flip the grow slab and plant your seed(s) or clone. If you have planted seeds place the sprouting cup on top of the planted seeds. Now press OK on the notification, this will tell the machine to turn on the lights and start the grow cycle.

• During this process, you might also get notifications to allow drainage. Reply to the notification by pressing OK. Your Seedo might drain a small amount of water – that is normal.

2. Sprouting

3. Reaching the First Net

• Your SEEDO takes care of your new plant. In the first 2-3 weeks, you probably won't have to do anything but watch your plant sprout and grow.

• The machine might need your intervention for refilling the top water tank, authorize water pour out or adding pH-UP.

• If all goes well your machine will not send you any notifications in the first 2-3 weeks. This is normal and it means everything is well balanced.

• After reaching the first net, the app will ask you if you would like to use the SCROG method, in order to maximize your plant’s yield and get more buds.

• Answer: NO Your growth plant will continue to the flowering phase.

• Answer: YES Bend the plant and spread the leaves and branches horizontally across the support net. In this option, your growth plan will go back 4 days and will display the same message (SCROG) 4 days later. It will repeat until you will finish spreading all the branches, and your net is completely full. At this point, you will choose NO, and the app will know that your plant is ready to go into the flowering stage and adjust its parameters accordingly.

** The SCROG notification will be available in mid-July.• In case you’ve planted a seed - you will receive

notifications asking you whether your seed has already sprouted. Some seeds never sprout so if after 2 weeks there is no sign of the seed sprouting, the machine will advise you to start again with a new seed.

• In most cases, your seed will sprout. It will start with 2 leaves and grow another set of 2 leaves usually within the first 2-3 weeks.

• At this point, your Seedo will ask you to remove the sprouting caps while verifying that you have reached this stage.

(Pictures notification will be available in July)

• From here on your plant will grow and flourish and all you will need to do is respond to the notification from your app.

• After a month or so, the app will verify with you if your plant reached the first net. If so, you can just press YES and let it grow automatically.

5. Flowering• A few weeks later, you will receive notifications

asking you whether your plant has started flowering? You’ll be asked to verify with the displayed pictures in the notification. (Pictures notification will be available in July)

• Your growth plan will be adjusted accordingly.• A few weeks later, an additional notification will

be sent: Asking if your plant finished flowering - and again, you’ll be asked to verify with the attached pictures. (Pictures notification will be available in July)

• Once your plant will finish flowering - the app will notify you that it’s time to harvest.
