Sol 1: Disable Protected Mode

Go to C:\Windows\System32\Shockwave\Flash

Open "MMS.CFG" file with Notepad.

Scroll down and add the following line at the

end.

Protected Mode = 0

Save the file and close it.

Sol 2: Disable QuickTime plug-in

Open QuickTime Player.

Choose MIME setting from edit option.

Scroll down and uncheck 'Flash

Media'.

Click OK.

Sol 3: Change Java Setting

Go to Control Panel of your computer.

Click Java.

family".
