QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Quick Clean investments’ service objective is to to achieve the highest degree of quality in its

products and services commensurate with requirements as defined and agreed in the client's

specification. In order to ensure continuity of performance, Quick Clean have in place systems and

maintain an effective Quality Assurance Programme through regular quality assurance audits. Our

Contract Managers each (target and standard) looks after approximately 5– 10 contracts (depending

on the singular magnitude of each contract). We monitor all contracts through our regular quality

assurance audits system. This Standard is re-enforced by our own Management Inspections, which

are carried out without notice to our Contract Managers. We feel this system works extremely well to

motivate our

will assume responsibility to ensure all subcontractors so employed will be fully competent in

accordance with accepted industry standards or legislated standards. In addition we will ensure that

all subcontractors have adequate insurance including employer’s liability policy and public liability

policy to the level as stated in the terms of the contract.

MONITORING STANDARDS

Each Customer Site has a Contract

Manager appointed to it responsible

for managing the teams of

cleanersand monitoring the standard

of cleaning.

Absolutely Cleaning Services use Clean

Link. Clean Link was designed

specifically for the cleaning industry

andhas built in quality control

functions. Using the quality control

system in CleanLink we manage,

schedule andmonitor regular site audits, which we mark using the traffic light system. The traffic

light system is a simple wayto see quality at a glance. The traffic light system which is green for

fine, amber for concern and red forunacceptable. This gives a rating accordingly and our aim is

to achieve 97% at every site. Audit results are inputdirectly on to the system by our Contract

Managers using their PDAs. Results of audits are reviewed on amonthly basis by the senior

management team.

Sites are monitored and audited on a monthly or quarterly basis – dependent on size, number of

cleaning staffetc. See Appendix 1 for examples of inspection criteria.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

We take any Customer Complaints that we may receive seriously. The complaint will be logged

on to thesystem and is then send immediately to the Contract Manager’s PDA, this creates an

alert and the Contract
