In addition, travel guides to over 400 cities worldwide are

available.

The product offering varies according to destination. Only those

categories with bookable products for any given location will be

displayed.

Amadeus Activities & Entertainment is a sophisticated platform offering thousands of destination activities in more than 400 global destinations, directly from your Amadeus Selling Platform.

This Quick Card covers accessing and using the Amadeus Activities & Entertainment platform.

Access Access Activities & Entertainment (A&E) via the

Amadeus Selling Platform’s tab-icon:

PNR data is automatically transferred to A&E so you are shown

products for the relevant destinations and date range. To change

between destinations or dates click on:

If you want to browse for content

in a city that is not in the PNR

click on “Add New City”.

No PNR open: You can book

products in Activities &

Entertainment even if you don’t

have a PNR open. You are then

taken to the “Explore a new

location” screen when you click on the smart tab:

Navigation Navigate in A&E by clicking on the required link/category on

each page.

To get back to the city home page click on

“Home-icon” in the top left frame corner:

Destination guides On the bottom of the city home page you find access to static

travel guides which you can print and give to your customer.

Finding products

There are three ways to look for products:

1. Top selling products (A) are shown on the first page with direct

access to the booking.

2. Use “Browse by Category” (B) to find the full range of products

in each category. Only categories in which there are products

at the destination are shown.

3. Use “Basic Search” (C) to look for certain types of activities or

locations, such as Statue of Liberty.

For booking a product click on

Shopping & booking Shopping, booking and paying is easy and straightforward with

A&E thanks to the shopping basket functionality and choice of

payment methods.

1. Search for products/services and place desired ones these into

the shopping basket using the ‘add to basket’ icon.

2. Review shopping cart’s content

and summary pages:

3. Purchase desired products/services:

Finalizes product/service purchase and

gives choice of two ways of paying: net

rate with agency credit card, or retail price.

To complete purchase and select payment

method:

i) Fill in required fields of information.

ii) Select either net rate payment or retail price.

iii) Click ‘Proceed’.

4. Review confirmation page and print voucher:

and provides a URL link to

access required voucher.

Important! Printing voucher

The vouchers are your client’s

proof of purchase and must be brought to the venue. Detailed

instructions are printed on the voucher.

Note: A&E bookings in a PNR

Bookings made through A&E

are integrated as a miscellaneous segment in the PNR. The price

integrated in the PNR is the retail price.

Site tools At the bottom of the left hand navigation menu you will find a

set of site tools for Activities & Entertainment:

Sends a link to A&E to your customer.

Bookings made through the link are

commissioned to you.

Places a link to A&E on your agency web site

or in your e-mail signature. Bookings made

through the link are commissioned to you.

See all bookings made by you or your customers. Access booking

details and print new vouchers if needed.
