Teaching may best be defined as the
organisation of learning. So the problem of successful teaching
is to organise learning for authenticresults.

Teacher as an OrganiserA good organiser:
is not an autocrat,
however, does not simply behave likeany other member of the group,
helps the group and the individuals in
it to discover, to formulate, and to
clarify their own purposes. delegates and distributes
