I don’t think that IPC Media would be useful for me as they

haven’t published music magazines and unlikely to

publish mine or have an already established fan base.

NMEThis would be a useful

distributor however it is its own separate magazine and so I

don’t think it would be as willing to distribute mine to its already

large audience.

BAUER MEDIAI think that Bauer Media would be a good company to publish and distribute

my magazine. This is because it also publishes magazines such as

“Kerrang!” which is one of the main rock magazines I researched for

inspiration on my magazine. This means that Bauer Media already have a

link to the type of readers I want to reach. They also have experience in

publishing other magazines, which means I have a chance of reaching an

even larger audience.
