What made you choose the outsourcing industry to get into?

I absolutely love business operations and I wanted to try something completely new for me. In my last companies, I learned lessons in both outsourcing and workforce efficiency and those skills are directly congruent to running a firm that helped other businesses save money. The entire process of developing work flows, hiring, and building strong teams is something that I have a passion for. Additionally, I’ve been able to successfully take the lessons I’ve learned and apply them to multiple other businesses of my own – so adding an extension that helped others do the same made perfect sense.
