Who would be the audience for your media product?

“This is Luke wooten, he is 18 years old and lives within ST Albans, in England. Overall he dresses fairly smart e.g. jeans and collared shirts, majority of his clothes are bought from house of Fraser, River Island, ASOS and Top man and buys his clothes with the money he gets from his job in the apple store. In Luke’s spare time he enjoys going to the cinema as him and his girlfriend have Odeon year passes, and partaking in tennis. His favourite types of films are Sci-Fi and action however he doesn’t mind a hybrid of thriller. His favourite films include ‘The Dark Knight’ as well as ‘Hot Fuzz’ Majority of films he watches are on Netflix however he does occasionally buy a DVD which he will watch on his Xbox One. His favourite TV shows include: How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, and Black Mirror, with his favourite Tv Channel being Comedy Central and E4 as a close second. Alex listens to more ‘Indie’ type music that’s particularly alternative, such as The 1975, Foo Fighters, The Smiths, Jamie T etc. which he usually listens to on Spotify on his IPhone 7. His favourite radio station is Radio 2 as it plays music for those with older taste. I think our film would appeal to this boy as he is

particularly feminine and of the upper class, this is our target audience as our production is based on the film or art which is an acquired taste and is considered an activity for those of higher classes. As his main films include thrillers and action packed narratives he will enjoy ours as he is clever enough to understand the complex nonlinear storyline and would probably go to the cinema as he has the money and lives in a location with a local/nearby cinema.
