Question 5- How did you attract/ address your audience?

How did I attract my audience ?Images, clear images so they are not blurry, also pictures that give eye contact making readers interested, and want to buy the magazine the front page picture shows the artist dominating the page, so it lets readers know that he dominates the magazine, giving them an insight of what it is about. Use of colour, the colours relate to the theme and boys will be interested in the colour used as well, also the colours work well together so it looks well suited so it shows to the audience that it was put together carefully and it worth reading.Language, the language I used is relatable to most people because it is basic yet formal so it can be associated with most members of the public as well as my target audience. Font, I tried to use a variety of different fonts but nothing major main fonts I used were Calibri, Arial etc., as they are bold easy fonts to read.

My layout came from existing products that I looked at for inspiration so that I could attract a similar audience.

Annotation

Writing with a background to make the masthead stand out. Colours and bold writing that relate to the theme and attract target audience. Model looking directly at audience with a serious look making the audience intrigued to buy a copy.
