Owner’s Responsibility: Please verify with the entry clerk that your entries were received.Payment Info: Please make checks payable to Queen City Cat Clubs. Post-dated checks will not be accepted. Full payment must accompany all mailed entries. Per Show Rules 6.21 and 6.20, all online entries must be paid in full within ten (10) days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first (cash, check or mon-ey orders accepted only), and the use of the online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the form is considered to be your signature. No withdrawing entries once they’re entered. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks. Payments not received within two weeks after the show date, will incur an additional $50 late fee. Show Hours: Check-in is from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, with judging beginning at 9 a.m. both days. The advertised show hours are: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sat-urday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.Benching Requests: Every effort will be made to honor your benching requests to the best of our talents; but at least one request per exhibitor is guaranteed. A clerk near their rings is not counted as a request. Space pro-vided, handicap requests will be benched at no charge to the exhibitor.Vendor Coordinator: Please contact Ginger Gunlock for booth space (513) 897-7297 ([email protected]).
Hotel Information: Directions to the show hall and hotel listings will be sent with confirmation. Transportation: Exhibitors responsible for their own transportation. Food: A concession stand will be available for food and beverages.Miscellaneous: Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for damage or loss. This a NON-SMOKING facility with heating and air conditioning. Litter will be provide, bring your own pans.Vetting: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleu-kopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that entries be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to bench-ing. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition.Scoring: All entries in Championship and Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will bescored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registra-tion numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number (TRN).
