Quartz Single Stage Distiller Basic Model with Quartz Condenser:

We manufacture Quartz Single Stage Distiller Basic with Quartz Condenser. The machine contains a boiler made from high purity quartz fitted with heater and bottom discharge joint for cleaning of Deposits A quartz spiral condenser is built on the boiler with receiving adapter. Quartz can withstand very high temperature variation, thus it is absolutely thermal shock proof.

Conductivity: 0.5 to 0.8 µS/cm





Quartz Single Stage Distiller Basic with Borosilicate Glass Condenser:

Quartz Single Stage Distiller is compact and portable with Quartz Boiler and Borosilicate Glass Condenser. Quartz can withstand very high temperature variations; it does not easily break with high temperature variations. Quartz being highly resistant,gives high purity distilled water

Sub Boiling Distiller in Quartz

The Sub Boiling Distillation Assembly is made from electronic grade transparent fused quartz. Every possible contact of liquid has been avoided with the ground joint connections. The method adopted for distillation is surface evaporation. The evaporation takesplace without boiling by the action of infrared radiators. Evaporation is on the surface and vapours are condensed by a cold finger. During this process of evaporation the liquid is perfectly calm.

Output: 200 to 1000 ml per hour
