Program Update and Discussion – Dawn Webb Dawn Webb provided an update on major projects including benefits of pre‐enrollment agreement motivational interviewing trainings, marketing campaign; including TPAPN focus groups, postcards mailed to all LVNs and RNs licensed within the past 5 years totaling 140,070 postcards mailed; outreach activities, internal process changes and Peer Support Partner update. Personnel changes included a two newly hired case managers and a case manager assistant.
