1 Energy Efficiency Options To reduce energy consumption,

Thermashield® systems are available in various WERS ratings and glazing styles.

Double Glazing is available for energy efficiency requirements.

2 Acoustic options SoundMizer® acoustic solutions are

available for bifold doors. SoundMizer® acoustic solutions can reduce aircraft, highway traffic, railway and other annoying noise problems.

3 Door Hardware Satin Chrome hardware is provided

as standard. Door hardware, hinges and drop bolts are available in two finishes- stainless steel and black powdercoat.

Optional hardware colours are andoic natural matt, pearl white, stone beige and black gloss.

4 Safety Glazing Toughened Safety A Grade Glass

with a visual motif at the mid point to provide added safety. Laminated Glass is used in all non standard door sizes.

5 Frames The weight of the bifold doors must

be considered in the structural beam calculation of the overall structure.

The bifold door and frame are not structural elements and the head of the frame should be attached to the structural beam.

Maximum Frame Height is 2700mm Maximum Frame Width is 6062mm Maximum Door Leaf Size is

1000mm Maximum Weight in one direction is

180kg

6 Protective Wrapping Protective wrapping for delivery

to site is an option for all Trend® products.

7 Options Wide range of powdercoat finishes

are available.

Bushfire Protection Xtreme® BAL-40 bushfire protection

is available.

Xtreme® bushfire protection that has been tested by CSIRO to BAL–40, which is fully compliant to AS1530.8.1 within AS3959–2009 is available.

NOTE:Bifold doors are available as open out only. Bifold door in Xtreme bushfire zones have a maximum height allowance of 2400mm
