The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce goal is to make Laurens County a better place to live and work. The Chamber works toward the continual upgrading of the quality of life factors in the service area: improved living conditions, the overall appearance and beauty, expansion of community facilities and services, cultural and educational resources, and other general environmental qualities of the community-at-large. The Chamber also provides for its members quality products and services, social cooperation, and other such services as the membership requires.
QualPro has provided process improvement consulting, training, and services for manufacturing companies for over thirty years. Throughout that time we have worked closely with maintenance organizations to both support production objectives and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. That experience coupled with our expertise in statistical application uniquely qualifies us to address common challenges facing today’s maintenance professionals. We can teach you how to utilize valuable maintenance data to reduce downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve operations through better preventive and predictive maintenance planning, more effective job planning and execution, improved inventory stock control, and total costs management.

Statistical Methods for Improving Maintenance Performance
This three-day seminar will teach mainte-nance personnel to better utilize maintenance and operations data, including data collected with modern Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Methods for assessing key performance measures and measurement systems will be presented along with other diagnostic statistical tools.
Techniques to determine failure patterns and calculate failure rates will be presented, along with procedures to determine planning and timing for preventive and predictive maintenance activities. MVT® con-cepts and their applications in maintenance will also be introduced.
This seminar is specifically designed to help maintenance managers, engi-neers, technicians, and other professionals better utilize data, CMMS, and other technology (including predictive tools) to reduce costs and downtime, improve effi-ciency and overall maintenance performance.
