Food safety encompasses procedures and safety measures to make sure no harm will come to the customer from eating the food explicitly from the point of manufacturing to the point of handling and servicing. These bring an essential ingredient of food quality. Why 7-Eleven need to have food safety? We asked the franchiser during the interview. He said, “It is the obligation of working in a food business to ensure that food served to customers are safe to eat”. It helps to upsurge their customer contentment and constancy. Fulfilled customers have sureness that their products will linger to provide steadfast performance in the forthcoming, and that upsurges the probability that they will buy again and again.
