Careful production of a range in line with market trends

All tools are made of the best tempered tool steel as a matter of principle. The density, hardness and shape of the carbide tip are precisely adapted to the intended use and are of the best quality.

The use of quality-critical work procedures, such as inert gas high-temperature brazing up to 1,120ºC, austempering and shot-peening, ensure a long tool life.

In addition to established production processes, quality assurance is of great importance. Inspection of incoming materials, intermediate checks, final checks and regular drilling and testing under extreme contitions provide new knowledge resulting in assurance and improvement of procedure as well as materials.

The PGM-mark is the quality guarantor – KEIL is authorized to use it, and is a founder member of PGM (1978)

The PGM-quality mark has worldwide trademark protection and stands for:

The TURBOHEAD Xpro is resistant against armed concrete and cuts reinforcement without problems. The dual setting depth of the full carbide head ensures maximum safety.
