The computer-controlled automatic weight control system can produce tablets of more accurate quantities. The discharge chute is equipped with a rejection gate that can discharge defective tablets generated by an initial operation of the equipment and by AWC system as well as a sampling gate that can automatically discharge samples in accordance with setup values during the sampling test. In addition, we modified the holding handle to make it easy to attach and detach, maximizing the convenience of repair and maintenance.

Mounted to adjust tablet weight, the weight rail is designed to modulate the height of the device by a motor from the touch screen. If the lower punch fails to move smoothly over the disk hall, it could cause serious damage to the system. So all automatic rotary tablet presses are equipped with punch tight rail and road cell to detect any inappropriate move, thereby perfectly preventing rails and punches from being damaged. Also, weight rail assembly is easy to disassemble and assemble for convenient maintenance and repair.

If the ejection force exceeds the standard values, it can cause a machine breakdown with the punch getting jammed in the disk. To solve the problem, Sejong Pharmatech has installed a road-cell to detect any inappropriate movement of the lower punch in the disk hall so as to prevent rails and punches from being damaged.

The upper down rail has a punch tight rail that can detect any bumpiness of the lower punch in the disk hall and a load-cell to protect the upper rails and punches from being damaged. You can control them through the display panel.

By simplifying the assembly of the connection between powder hopper and mechanical feeder, it is easier to check the powder supply status through transparent acrylic pipe and sensors and automatically provides powder in case of machinery stoppage or the attachment of powder loading system (option). To reduce the problems such as capping that might occur during tablet production, these machines were designed to have pre-load and main load roll assemblies in the same structure and to exactly divide their locations to distribute loads on the machine and at the same time pressure on tablets. You can easily manipulate the upper and lower compression rolls by servo motor and the height adjustment of disk lifting device and the values will be displayed digitally on the operation panel.

GRC-S series of Sejong Pharmatech is designed and produced to be suitable for pharmaceutical company's labs, university research institutes, or small-scale production lines, while being characterized by simple but all-inclusive functions for tablet production. In particular, GRC-S series is a small tablet press that is able to produce a maximum of 132,000 tablets per hour and is aided by AWC system to produce tablet exactly as required. It implements a powder feeding system with a mechanical feed as a basic option (customers can also select an open feeder as an option). A standard rotary tablet press of Sejong Pharmatech, MRC-S series is based on HMI system to ensure easy use and optimum performance. This series adopts a disk exchange method to maximize productivity improvement and cost saving effect, and is designed to have 31 holes, 37 holes, 45 holes, 47 holes stations as basic options so that customers can replace it with any disk wanted. Also, it is designed to manufacture any type of tablet regardless of type of punch and can produce oblong type tablets from min. 11mm to max. 25mm. A separate dust collector on the disk and ejection chute effectively minimizes powder scattering in the machine during tablet production.

One of the key features of MRC-D series lies in the fact that it can produce double-layer tablets and in case of the production of single-layer tablets, it is possible to increase productivity two-fold by applying a double-sided discharge system. Also, compared with the HRC-S model of Sejong, though it is relatively smaller in appearance, it enables mass-production. In producing double-layer tablets, in particular, it is equipped with a powder retrieval function to minimize color mixing between different tablet layers, thereby ensuring more effective double-layer tablet production. Auto Powder Loading System
This equipment is designed on a sensor-operated vacuum and automatically delivers powder to a hopper inside the machine. As it uses a low-pressure vacuum ejector, it keeps excellent performance in low air pressure of 3 to 4 kilos. You can choose between automatic mode by sensor and manual mode. It is easy to mount and dismount and to clean and manage.
When it is necessary to provide a feeder with a certain amount of powder due to low liquidity or bad ingredients, this constant amount feeder is highly effective. It can provide a constant amount of powder to the feeder through the rotary motion of the sensor-operated motor and is effective in accurate tablet production if there is a weight variation or bad liquidity through constant powder provision.

While the existing AWC is a weight-adjusting system by pressure, the universal tablet testing system is a comprehensive tablet measuring device that measures actual tablet weight to give feedback to the machine. It is a statistical analysis system that measures a tablet's weight, height, diameter and hardness by regularly carrying out a sampling of tablets discharged from the machine.
An automatic weight control system is a computer-operated function in which a central processing unit automatically controls tablet production to carry out statistical analyse, to prepare production process documents and to adjust the weight of tablets. As the program system is connected to the main computer, it obviates the needs for human involvement in producing tablets; controls the process by assigning various functions to the machine based on compression pressure; indirectly monitors the machine to maintain consistent tablet compression according to preset weight and thickness; and print out a perfect production specification by statistically evaluating all collected data.
