1. Double wall telescopic seals. They are pressed against the upper runner and against the �oor in order to assure stability to the wall and soundproo�ng to the local.

2. Pantograph device. It is activated by means of an extractable crack handle (8)3. Pressure spring telescopic bars. They are moved by means of the pantograph.4. Vertical aluminium pro�les. They can be male or female. Rubber seals guarantee soundproo�ng, while magnetic tapes - vertically inserted in the aluminium pro�le – assure a perfect union of all components.5. Connection bu�ers. They have the function to connect an element to another one by means of a joint. 6. Sliding runners. They are equipped with a ball bearing to assure an easy movement of elements. 7. Iron and aluminium frame.8. Action extractable crank handle.9. Acoustic panel. It is inserted in the internal element according to the soundproo�ng requested.10. Covering panels. It is possible to use all materials generally used for furniture.

gtm s.r.l. o�ers di�erent types of elements in order to satisfy the widest project needs and optimize therealization of sliding partitions. Standard doors dimensions are 82 or 92 for single door solution, and 167 or 187 for double door solution. Door heights can be of 203 or 213 cm. Other measures can be supplied on request. Doors are equipped with recess handles or anti-panic ones. Hidden hinges are available.

Storage systems Sliding wall models

Folding partitions have di�erent types of storage systems. The choice of the most suitable solution depends on the measurement and weight of the various elements composing the wall but also on the structure of the place where to install the product. Here you will �nd just a few solutions of available storage systems.Other solutions can be projected in accordance with the customer’s needs.

Double runner solution with 45° deviation. This is the storage system which makes modulesto move more easily and safety.

Design 80 is the model, whose dimension is the slimmest.All elements have a thickness of 80 mm. Among the varioussolutions it is the cheapest. Elements can be covered by means of all materials generally used for furniture. Soundproo�ng Rw 39 dB

Design 100 is the most requested model. It does not havevertical aluminium pro�les and gives the possibility to obtain an homogeneous surface. Pro�l 100 is the model with vertical aluminium pro�les. It o�ers a major protection on panels edges during their usage. This solution determines a particular sequence of vertical lines covering the whole surface. Elements can be covered by means of all materials generally used for furniture.Elements thickness: 100 – 109 mm. Available soundproo�ng: 3645 . 49 dB Rw.

REI 60 is the model with resistance to �re classi�ed as REI 60. Elements are made up of wooden panels of Class 1 with the insertion of a high-quality panel equipped with term expanding seals. The superior and inferior closing of element is realized by means of an extending seal using the extractable crank handle. Elements can be covered by means of all materials generally used for furniture Elements thickness: 117 mm. Soundproo�ng: 41 dB Rw.

B 15 is the class model with zero reaction to �re. Elements are made up of a metal frame covered with silicate �bre without no reaction to the contact with �re. It is generally used in the naval sector. Elements can be covered only with laminated pro�les of minimum 9 mm thick.

Telescopic element has the function to close hermetically the last element of sliding partition. It is equipped with a lateral seal. The seal is generally supplied in a standard solution with the telescopic element with external sliding. On request, it can also be supplied with the internal sliding solution.

Single runner solution is the easier and cheaper storage system which makes partition modules easy to move during the sliding phase.

Double runner solution with 90° deviation.It is the most common storage system because of the easyinsertion in the false ceiling.

Double runner solution with recess storage system.During the recess projection it is important to consider the suitable room for the movement of modules.It is recommended to add 20 cm to the panels width.

Lateral storage solution. It is the system with lateralstorage of elements respect to the head runner of the whole folding partition.

Storage system with shutter element. This is the system equipped with a shutter door. During the recess projection it is important to consider the suitable room for the movement of modules. It is recommended to add 20 cm to thepanels width.

O�-center storage system. It is the system with elements storage external to the head runner of the folding partition.

RunnersDue to their weight, sliding elements of partitions need high-quality runners. According to the client’s request steel or aluminiumrunners can be supplied. In connection points with aluminium runners there are support spheres which make easier the sliding of all elements.

It is necessary to pay attention to the �xing of runners to the ceiling considering the weight of all elements which can vary according to the isolation of covering elements (40-65 kg). It is also important to consider that in the storage area the whole weight is concentrated on a pairs of mtq. Solutions below are just a few examples of the possible versions to supply. Other versions can be projected in accordance with the customer’s needs.
