widespread phenomenon, without involving the best know-how in the field.

Anti-Bribery Academy offers services and training events, based on the main

national legislative sources, the international conventions and the ISO Standards as

ISO 37001, ISO 19600, ISO 31000, ISO 19011 and more. Furthermore it also

organises "customised knowledge-sharing initiatives" based on the specific needs

of its customers.

Training Goals

• Train those who plan, manage, and audit an appropriate Anti-Bribery

Management System (ABMS) compliant to ISO 37001, ISO 19600, ISO 31000, ISO

19011 Standards and the major international legislation.

• Qualify those who have the requirements to get the “Certification of

Professional Competencies” by an independent “third party”.

• Transfer the methodology to map and assess the risks of committing crimes and

to create an effective Internal Control System to make the risk level as acceptable.

• Demonstrate the integrability of an ABMS with the other ISO Management

Systems, according to ISO Annex SL.

Certification of Professional Competences

This Course is Qualified by an independent Certification Body, that operatesaccording to ISO 17024.

The participants who positively pass the evaluation tests and the final examinationcan get the Certification of Professional Competences directly by the CertificationBody for the figures of:

• Anti-Bribery Risk Consultant;

• Anti-Bribery Compliance Function;

• “Anti-Bribery Auditor” (in order to work with any Certification Body worldwide).

Modality and duration: The «Role Play»• Anti-Bribery Academy decided to go further ... beyond training!!!

• We no longer want to offer the usual boring and unproductive classroom lessons,or sell books or facsimiles of documents.

• We want to “work in team” with you, having fun, actually we want to “playseriously”.

• For this reasons, , together with “The Biz Role-Paly Academy” of Gruppo Strazzeri,we present you the “Role-Play Methodology”, a unique type of activity thatrequires from the participants to carry out the role of “actors”.

• It will be given the opportunity to the participants to build, together with thetutors, a real Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) according to the newinternational standard ISO 37001.

Duration: 3 days (9.00 am – 6.00 pm), including lunch time, with daily «LearningTest» and «Final examination» on the 3rd day.
