FEATURES/ADVANTAGES: • Water savings of up to 70%• Easy to clean• 15-20 head per cup• 1/2” FPT x1/2” MPT
THE COMPLETE WEAN-FINISH WATERING SYSTEM INCLUDES: [1] #270652: 48” BENT PIPE WITH SINGLE TABS[1] #270651: 5” x 8” Cup[1] #270475: Nipple[1] #270657: Hardware Kit
BENEFITS: Early-weaned pigs start faster because the round water cup attracts pigs.
Even the smallest pigs have no trouble working the cup’s nipple. The closed-cup design keeps water clean. The round water cup outperforms
other watering devices in trial after trial in Europe for hygiene as well as water savings.
The enclosed nipple means fewer injuries and less trim loss compared to standard nipple brackets.
The recessed trough and downward position of the nipple ensures pigs drink water rather than play with it. Pigs disengage the flow of water as it reaches their nostrils, so there’s no wasting, just drinking. Expensive medication is consumed, not splashed down the pit.
Durable stainless steel construction for long-lasting life. Hemmed, open edges for easy cleaning. Stainless cleans up well without
scummy residues. Requires no height adjustment during the feeding period. That means less
labor compared to maintaining nipple waterers.
A great option for your wean-to finish operation, the QC Supply® Wean-to-Finish Water Master cup waterers have a rolled rim and no sharp edges. The offset nipple position allows for maximum water consumption and minimum water waste.

DIRECTIONSFAST 49 has been developed so that equal amounts of product can be applied from outside the barn at each pump-out. It is not necessary to enter the building.
If access for outside application is limited, the product can also be poured directly into the pit from inside the building at evenly distributed locations.
Mix one 5-pound package of Fast 49 Activator per 5 gallons of FAST 49. For best results, equally divide each 5-gallon bucket of FAST 49 between four 5-gallon buckets. Fill each bucket with clean water, add the appropriate amount of Activator, and mix thoroughly every 15 minutes for 45–60 minutes before treating pits.
Treat monthly with one gallon per 240 head.
Monthly Treatment:+/- 1,200 head barn—One 5-gallon bucket
+/- 2,400 head barn—Two 5-gallon buckets
+/- 4,800 head barn—Four 5-gallon buckets
Important: Product must be applied in direct contact with LIQUID manure, beneath any surface crusting.
Best Treatment Time: Pits should be treated within 30 days of pumping. Treating a pit with more than 2.5 feet of manure will require additional product (more than the original protocol listed above) to shock the system.
This synergized blend of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms
was developed for the accelerated degradation of livestock waste
in pits and lagoons.
The patented encapsulation process ensures that first-generation bacteria remain in a stable, concentrated state
until a food source is introduced.
FAST 49 balances essential pit-conditioning bacteria so
waste remains loose and liquefied.

PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES & BENEFITS 100% live microorganisms Non-toxic and non-pathogenic Reduce lethal gasses and odor Improve confinement conditions to increase
feed conversion and rate of gain Reduce sludge build-up and prevent crusting Reduce total suspended solids (TSS) Achieve a uniform nutrient manure column Maintain fertilizer value Reduce maggots and disease-carrying flies Reduce mouse and rat runs Reduce agitation when pumping Prevent mineral deposits in pumps and lines Control E. coli, fecal coliform,
and methanogenic bacteria Organic reduction (oil, grease, hydrocarbons)
Why use FAST 49?The most important thing to remember about biological products is that you are dealing with live organisms. Each generation becomes less and less effective. As bacteria eat and reproduce in non-laboratory conditions, their effectiveness decreases rapidly.
MICRO-ENCAPSULATIONFAST 49 utilizes a special process called “micro- encapsulation.” After growing the bacteria in a laboratory under certified conditions to ensure first generation potency, the micro-encapsulation process creates a protective barrier around each bacteria cell.
The bacteria are neither dead nor alive, but rather in a state of suspended animation or “dormancy.” This provides a minimum shelf life of one year. When activator (a protein and folic acid balanced food source) is added to FAST 49, the protective barrier is dissolved and the plasmid DNA is activated. The bacteria begin to perform only after that process.
FAST 49 has an original concentration of 5 billion CFU (colony forming units) per mL. Once activated, each bacteria replicates itself to become more than 16 million in 24 hours.
FAST 49 incorporates specific technologies to resolve the agricultural problems resulting from organic waste.
FAST 49 cultures will not harm humans, animals, fish or plants. FAST 49 reduces organic waste, eliminates hydrogen sulfide, and reduces methane gases to 10% or less without creating any by-products.
BACTERIA + ENZYMESEnzymes are biological catalysts (mainly protein) that help break down organic matter into water- soluble nutrients for bacteria to digest. Enzyme-only products do not finish the job and typically just pass the problem down the line, causing substantially larger problems later.
Bacteria produce their own enzymes naturally, but by combining the proper bacteria strains with the appropriate enzymes, the FAST 49 formula creates an immediate reaction. This digestion process enables our bacteria strains to adhere to the food source until it is gone.
The bacteria consume the organic waste, producing water and carbon dioxide. Simple science shows that FAST 49 is far superior to other competitive products.
