Building competence
Most of you who will come to APQP4Wind Training are already capable at least to some extent
Therefor we have chosen to focus our training in three important perspectives
1. We need a training material and trainers that is competent in the tools who originates from TS 16949 in the automotive industry
However our experience is, that the mind-set when working with volumes with millions or thousands of samples is a different mind-set than when you work with 1 or maybe 30 samples
2. Therefore we have not just picked one of our many TS competent trainers but found TS competent trainers that is also used to work in the wind industry and who knows the mind-set here
3. And trainers that also has a proven track record with training and understanding how you learn when you do something like this – which is a kind of “on the job” training.
Page 29
Our promise is
• To help you understand the requirements and the tools
• To help you learn and apply the tools in the practical context that is your daily work
• To help you become capable users of the tools if you attend the Specialist training
• That includes helping you create a plan on who to continue learning after the training
