Q.1 : What obstacles you and your team faced in your site and how you solved it or not to solved ? Records (Shop Drawing, Method statement, Inspection and testing plans, sample boards, testing and commissioning plans, checklist, and B.O.Q English translated) are not available 100% so we facing problems at site. Most of time we to review design drawing and other disciplines (Structure, Architects, and Electrical) drawings and communicate with Area Manger and construction team to solve the issues. But this practice is always time taken. What is situation or experience that you had – or the supervision staff of the project had – and that you wish to communicate it to our colleagues? What’s the title or summary of the situation or experience? Our proger team is very professional and experienced, we are communicating with each other without any hesitation that’s because our team approach towards project is positive. As a supervision staff we are facing approval of civil defense for firefighting systems leads to hassle in execution as it is not done parallel with SD approval. I wish to communicate to our colleagues as a title of the summary is ‘’ How to maintain our standards and specification for project and how to complete project whiten given time’’. What issues that you personally/ or supervision staff wish to listen from management of the program about? Please try to categorize them as noted below: 1. Technical Issues As discuss is question no.1 answer, we are facing problems due to lack of records. 2. Contractual issues. English translated B.O.Q is not available. 3. Management issues: a) Planning issues: No revised master schedule is available. b) Construction issues: Contractor is not following the construction protocols like NCR/Site instruction. For all above issues, Proger Team make meeting in every week and discuss with contractor how to solve these issues.
