7. RADIO CODES LEARNING PROCEDURE The control unit DO NOT ALLOW the transmitter storing procedure if there are NOT ACTIVE SAFETY DEVICES.
Make sure that the safety inputs n° 4 STOP (DL3), n° 5 Photocells CLOSE (DL4), n° 6 Photocells OPEN (DL5), n° 8 SAFETY EDGE (DL6) are connected.
Led OFF = input NOT CONNECTED Led ON = input CONNECTED
If not even one safety device has been wired, proceed with the temporary EXCLUSION (see paragraph 3.5 / 3.6.)
The control unit is designed to be used with radio remote controls with fixed code or rolling code. It is necessary to identify the type of the remote control to be used before you start programming.
After storing the first remote control, the control unit will work only with transmitters of that kind, fixed code if the first stored remote control is a fixed code or rollling code if the first remote control stored is a rolling code, with no chance to reset.
Before starting the storage of the remote controls, proceed (for safety) to the cancellation of any existing codes.
7.1 RADIO CODES cancellation
- Press at same time the buttons LEARN and BREAK and hold them down for at least 10 seconds (the LED DL8 flashes quickly).
- The DL8 led stays ON STEADY and all the radio codes stored ARE DELETED.
7.2 Storing a remote control with START function
- Press and release the LEARN button; LED DL8 starts flashing.- Within 5 seconds transmit the radio code to be stored (with the remote control).- The control unit captures the code and leaves the programming.- You can store up to a maximum of 64 different radio codes for the START command.

1) Choose the place for the box and mark the fixing points on the wall. Pay attention to respect the distances between the holes (fig. 1).2) Make the drillings and fix the box with the pre-drilled holes downwards.3) Slip the washer round the edge of the box, starting from centre down (fig. 2). Do not extend the washer, just push it into its housing and cut any excess.4) Cut the rubber grommets the same size of the wires/cables for electrical wirings (fig. 3) so that the grommet
perfectly adheres to the cable/wire. Do not cut the rubber grommets you’re not going to use.5) Put all the grommets in the pre-drilled holes of the box and drive the cables/wires (fig. 4).6) Once wirings and installation are finished close the box and screw the cover on the box (fig. 5).
