“Kathy has great energy and a passion for selling lakefront homes in the greater Burlington, VT area! She’s really fun to work with and has a ton of knowledge when it comes to the rules and regulations of waterfront properties. She helped get my property lines squared away, determine who else had access to my beach through years of ‘handshake’ type of arrangements (turns out no one had legal rights!), and also helped negotiate a $15k reduction in the purchase price. She also insisted on an extra septic system test and it paid off when it was determined it was failing and we had one installed prior to closing...all at no cost to me!”
