And, how about govt. touching funds of any church or mosque, just like they appropriate the funds of most big temples including Tirupati?

Hindu majority states like Bihar, Maharashtra, Kerala, Puducherry have, in the past, elected Muslims as Chief Ministers.

Can you even imagine a Hindu being the Chief Minister of the Muslim majority Jammu and Kashmir?
