PYREX PLASTICSFlip-Off Seals A Flip-Off seal is your drug product’s first line of protection; it helps keep

contamination from getting into the vial and seals the parenteral package. Further, the seal helps to protect the injection site on the vial stopper. Recommended seals consist of an aluminum shell and a plastic Flip-Off button. When selecting a seal to complete your drug package, you should consider the following attributes:

to maintain container closure integrity over the shelf life of your drug product.

PYREX PLASTICSFlip-Off Seals Major factors that directly affect container closure integrity are the dimensional “stack

height” of the vial, rubber closure, seal skirt length and the method of crimping the seal onto the vial container. There are many variables that can affect overall stack height:

Outside diameter, crown height and radii Rubber closure:

Flange thickness Durometer (the degree of hardness and softness of the material) Finish or films and coatings

Seal: Aluminum skirt length Overall height Inside diameter

The Flip-Off seal is designed with the end user in mind, making it easy to remove the seal from the vial with one hand. Flip-Off seals provide evidence of tampering and the button cannot be reassembled onto the seal once it has been removed.

made available in various sizes as they can be customized as per specific requirement of the client. These bottles are manufactured with high quality LDPE/Lupoline grade plastic. Sizes: 2ml Long nozzle, 3mllong nozzle, 5ml long nozzle & short nozzle, 10 ml, 15ml, 30 ml etc.

We manufacture and supply eye dropper bottles, which are used in packing eye/ear drops. These bottles are manufactured in Imported IBM Machine in Class One Lac Dust Proof unit. It comes with the assembly of single/double seal cap and plug.

Grade Virgin High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP) or Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) granules suitable for packing of both solid and liquid formulations. These containers are unbreakable and air tight thus preserving the properties of the accommodated products and ensuring resistance to friction.

Round Tablet Containers with Screw Caps are HDPE make used for storage of tablets. Different sizes from 30 cc to 500cc tablet containers are available.

Pilfer Proof Caps are used for HDPE/PET/Glass Bottles which ensure leak proof application and it comes with temper evident seal. We also provide EP and Induction wad.

A compression moulded closures with patented Yamamura temper evident band suitable for 28 mm PCO & BPF neck finish PET bottle. Compression moulding process reduces stress in material and lessens the possibility of cracking. Lack of gate mark enhances the closure appearance.
