LPGRR Drafts in progress

• To change the decision tree to accommodate DRG issues with the Interconnection Agreement and latest DGTF market agreements on IDR metering and Resource ID.

• Change to the decision tree the valid profile ID combinations to comply with PRR766 and NPRR136, Interim Solution for 15-Minute Settlement of Advanced Meters for weather sensitive IDR profiles for Residential.
