Advice based on our experience with Robotics

• Positive business case is difficult to build for small,

simple and/or already centralised processes

• However - start by automating small and simple

processes to gain knowledge and experience

• Ensure top management approval

• Build a strong centralised ”Center of Excellence”

(Governance model)

consider a two-vendor strategy
