Complionce Stotus
The proponent shall upload the status ofcompliance of the Stipulated EC conditions,including monitored data on their websiteand shall update the same periodically.
It shall simultaneously be sent to theRegional Office-of MoEE the respectiveZonal Office of CPCB and the SPCB.
The criteria pollutant namely; SpM, RSPM,
SOz NOx (Ambient levels as well as stackemissions), indicated for the project shallbe monitored and displayed at theconvenient location near the main gate ofthe Company in the public domain.

At no time,the emission levels shall go beyond thestipulated standards. ln the event of failureof pollution control system(s) adopted bythe unit, the unit shall be immediately putout of operation and shall not be restarteduntil the desired efficiency has beenachieved.
