Founded in June 2003, our Performance R&D Firm identifies and benchmarks financial value for companies. Our goals are to help clients to grow earnings and reduce risk. Client results are based upon the design, configuration, and operational performance of stakeholder relationship networks in context of their value chains.

We build Stakeholder Network Models to map & measure the economics associated with trade flows of products, services, information, money, and other resources among enterprise and industry stakeholders. Based on this proprietary research, we provide unique visual intelligence regarding the economic impact of each individual stakeholder on corporate performance.

We have invested over $3.5 million since 2006 to develop scalable research analytics, network mapping & measurement tools, and an enterprise grade collaboration and project management platform to deliver unique insights for clients.

We conduct high impact engagements to produce more cash from corporate stakeholders (i.e. clients, suppliers, employees) and we enable greater performance accountability and transparency:

Cash Accountability:

We benchmark cash inflow and outflow metrics for every single person and asset throughout the enterprise and identify three cash opportunity buckets by ease of capture: “quick”, “90 days”, and “1 year”. Phase 1 Assessments have been completed in < 30 days.

Performance Transparency:

We create “performance simulation models” during Phase 1 that provide a mechanism for ongoing measurement of key performance indicators (KPI’s) to the level of each individual, team, and asset throughout the enterprise. The data and results from these analyses may be deployed as “decision support” dashboards/metrics through corporate intranets for ongoing risk management, sustainability, performance accountability & transparency.

The “Burning Imperatives”Cash accountability & performance transparency

Financial performance is driven by the collectiveactions of individuals within each company

We break down financial statements into the business’s functional “value levers”, assign KPI’s to specific “Performance Accountability Teams”, and identify the relative performance of individuals within these team clusters.

Employees

Employees in each functional category, and within each “Performance Accountability Team”, are assessed and ranked for their relative performance using transactional and collaboration data (internal to companies), and benchmarked with proprietary PVS models.

Daily operating performance is typically not measured or managed to the level of individual accountability. Without measuring to this level of precision, significant performance weakness is “covered up” and the financial opportunities are “missed”.

Actual Client Example:

Measuring and managing to this level of detail is due primarily to a lack of perspective and discipline, not so much due to lack of data, technology, or time.

Sustainable Differentiation

The StakeholderNetworks.com site is a proprietary web services environment that enables any individual or organization to quickly map, measure, and manage their “stakeholder relationship networks.” Specifically, the networks are analyzed and benchmarked to enable quantifiable improvements for specific stakeholders in the networks (e.g. YOU).

The system is unique in its approach to measuring business, economic value, and risk as explicit derivations of the collection and configuration of intra-organizational and inter-organizational relationship networks. The process is performed with detailed transactional and stakeholder collaboration data, much like performing a “blood test” to quickly assess the health of humans. The most proprietary aspects of the mapping, measurement, and scoring systems are documented in a pending patent application for Performance Proxies, LLC (“P2”) :

P2index tm: Standards based reference library of stakeholder network structure & dependency models to support rapid network mapping & diagnostics.

P2scores tm: Standards based performance scoring system for measuring & benchmarking stakeholders in context of P2index tm scenarios.
