PERFORMANCE VALUES COMMUNITY

2015 Gary Walters ’67 PVC Awards BanquetSpecial Issue

Page 2: PVC News - 2015 Banquet Edition

It was our distinct honor to celebrate the great Class of 2015 at the Gary Walters ’67 PVC Awards Banquet on Thursday evening before Reunions. Over 600 members of the Princeton Athletics family gathered as part of this exciting event that recognized the accomplishments of the Princeton Athletics community, including senior student-athletes, alumni, staff and friends.

We’d like to thank our loyal PVC members for their ongoing support. Your collective commitment to the Princeton Varsity Club and Princeton Athletics helps to provide opportunities for all varsity student-athletes to achieve, to serve and to lead.

We also recognize the continued dedication of the PVC Awards Banquet table sponsors and PVC Letter Sweater sponsors whose generosity allows the PVC to properly recognize the entire graduating class of senior student-athletes. On behalf of all of our varsity student-athletes, head coaches, administrators, and the entire Princeton Athletics community, we thank and salute all of our supporters.

We hope you enjoy this special issue of the PVC News and look forward to seeing you in 2015-16! Go TIGERS!!!

Senior Keynote Speaker

Zack McCourt ’15 “When Princeton’s motto “In the nation’s service and in the service

of all nations” intersects with the Princeton Athletics mission of

“Education Through Athletics,” the experience becomes a challenge

unlike any of us [student-athletes] have experienced in our life. It is

from this experience that we are equipped to depart from Princeton

as leaders; inspired and encouraged to leave this world a better

place than how we found it.”

A mechanical and aerospace engineering major, Zack was selected to speak to the group as a result of his perseverance and leadership of the tennis team.
