On this date at about 1200hrs W-1 who works at the Woodtrails Apartments located at 9001 Wurzbach sawAp exiting Apt. 1921. W states that he and the maintenance crew confronted the Ap because the Ap doesnot reside at location. When confronted by W the Ap jumps into the stolen vehicle and rams the W 's 2004Ford P/U Tx - intentionally. (SAPD 80340736). The Officer at this time turns his vehicle around and follows the vehicle into the Jack in the Boxparking lot located at Evers /Glenridge. The officer at this time confronts the Ap in the stolen vehicle andorders him to stop at gunpoint. The Ap disregards the officer and flees through the Big Lots parking lot andonto northbound Evers. Forest Bend and again at Evers at Poss Rd. Officers states that their was no cross traffic at eitherintersection. I let the pursue continue and monitor for any hadzardous conditions. Officers states that whenhe reached the intersection of Evers at Poss Rd he can see the Ap vehicle go into the southbound lanes ofEvers and attempts to go around 2-3 vehicles that are stopped at the intersection of Evers and Huebner Rd.The Ap at this time instead crashes into Unit # 2 who was making a left turn from westbound Huebner ontosouthbound Evers. Unit #1 who was behind Unit # 2 then crashes into Unit # 2. The officer then sees the Apexit the vehicle and flee on foot. A Leon Valley officer who was at the intersection also observed the Apexit the stolen vehicle.

I arrived at the scene within minutes and see that a Leon Officer has the accident scene. Accident scene islocated in Leon Valley. He advises me that he would take charge of the accident. 1 quicky checked on thetwo drivers not aware that a passenger in Unit# 2 had been transported by EMS already. I assumed that theirwas only minor injuries so I set up a quadrant to locate the Ap who had fled the location on foot. I thenproceeded to work the quadrant and move it as the officers were chasing the Ap on foot. 1 was at the scene

I then had the Ap and the officers return to the accident scene. Upon arrival at the accident scene Iobserved that the accident scene was being cleared. I asked the Leon Valley officers why they had movedthe vehicles at a crime scene and they advised me that the accident was blocking traffic. I then againchecked on the drivers of vehicles and asked EMS how they were doing and was advised that they were okbut that a female passenger was in critical condition. I then asked the officers why they has moved the sceneknowing that someone might expire. I got the same answer " blocking the intersection". I then contactedTID who responded to the scene. Upon their arrival they took charge of the accident scene. I then had theAp returned to Prue Property Crimes Section where Ap admitted to another Robbery that happen on May05 at the Subway located at 2414 Babcock (Sapd 803336938). Det. Casas # 2434 and J. Mckinney # 2033with TID were notified and they made the accident scene.
