Serve as a liaison between JROTC Instructors and the State Department of Education and to

make recommendations for JROTC program improvement.

• Adopted JROTC By-laws on Jan 31, 2008• Petitioned for affiliation with GACTE as

GAJROTC in February, 2008• Petition approved in July 2008• JROTC included in vocational lab funding

formula for SY 07-08• Served as a catalyst for the Florida JROTC

affiliation with ACTE in Jan 2009
