Because of this, all of its enzymes, vitamins and minerals are kept intact. It also contains some bee pollen, propolis and beeswax; this means that all of its original nutrients are fully preserved.

Product DescriptionGallberry Honey is light to medium-light in color and mild to medium in flavor, is taken form the the Gallberry Bush which blooms in May and is found mainly in the low flatlands of North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Our Gourmet Honey is bottled in a vintage glass jar topped with a cork which was the original way to sell honey in the late 1800s making it a beautiful way to preserve it. The best thing is once you finish your honey you can reuse the jar to pack spices or even make it a beautiful vase full of flowers!

2) Wildflower honey

Product DescriptionWildflower Honey is also known as multi-floral or mixed floral honey, Wildflower is often used to describe honey varieties from miscellaneous and undefined flower sources. The color can vary from very light to dark and flavor range from light and fruity to tangy and rich, depending on the mix from the different seasonal wildflowers.
