Retained and Contingency RecruitmentPure engages on assignments either on a retained or contingent basis. For contingent roles, the client only pays if they select one of our exceptional candidates. In addition, we go the extra mile for our clients; we guaranteeall of our candidates.
Bulk RecruitmentSame multiple roles: If clients give us the same multiple roles concurrently: we offer substantial reductions in our traditional fees.
Five roles or more: If our client commits to placing five or more roles in 2010 with Pure, we offer 10% reductionon our traditional fees. In the event the clients doesn’t place five roles with us; in December 2010, Pure will charge the client the difference in reduced fees.
On-site RecruitmentNeed to source candidates and professionally manage the recruitment process but don’t have the budget? Pure specialises in Temporary and Contractor Staffing. Whatever your needs are; we can assist. Pure assignments have ranged from providing a Receptionist for a week to an Accountant needed for six months to Executive Assistants on annual contracts.
Our Staffing Service manages all of the payroll, tax processing, MPF, administration and financing of the staffmember enabling the client to only concern themselves with the invoice and payment terms.
Outplacement and Coaching
Pure can assist its clients with their Outplacement and Coaching needs.
