Appointed as Cost & Contracts Managers on both international airport projects in Oman, our services include cost planning & control, procurement,negotiations, budget & cost reporting, risk analysis, contractual advice,

The redevelopment of Oman’s largest airport will result in one of the world’s most ultra-modern airports. The project comprises some 70 buildings apart from the terminal, including a control tower, an air management centre, and a cargo terminal capable of handling 200,000 tons of freight annually. The 290,000m2 passenger terminal building, a grandiose structure incorporating a blend of modern international class airport design elements and Omanitraditional motifs, stands between two parallel runways (one new, one existing) and has parking capacity for 6,000 cars. Consisting of departures, arrivals,transfers and duty free shopping arcades, restaurants, cafes and elegantlounges, it will boast 24-28 boarding air bridges, all of which are capable ofhandling new and existing code C-F aircraft.

Development of the Regional Airports Logic Role: Commercial Managers

The Sultanate of Oman is embarking on an ambitious project to expand their airport infrastructure throughout Oman with the initial development of four domestic regional airports at Adam, Al Duqm, Ras Al Hadd and Sohar to meet the growing requirement of the aviation sector with regards passenger and cargo transport as a result of the commercial and tourism developments at these locations. Each airport is of similar design, but has its own uniquecharacteristics to meet its requirements including VIP facilities at Adam and Sohar and cargo facilities at Sohar and Al Duqm. Each airport will provide state of the art facilities for passengers with a 6,000m2 terminal building, as well as a 4,000m runway. Hotel - Hilton - Fujairah Corniche Resort Logic Role: Cost Managers

This AED 900 million development of the existing Hilton Hotel Site in Fujairah also incorporates a commercial sector and retail mall. The site will include the demolition of the existing hotel and the construction of a new sea wall and marina.

The Logic team has focused on early cost planning and redesign evaluation. The concept design stage included two hotels, one of which was dedicated to the business user.

Hotel - Fairmont Hotel Spa - Abu Dhabi Logic Role: Pre- and Post-Contract Project & Cost Management

The Logic team was responsible for the development of a 5 star spa at theFairmont Abu Dhabi for the Fairmont Group. This project involved theredevelopment of two existing villas into a male and female spa and theconstruction of a central reception building.

Quality of design and procurement was fundamental to the success of thisproject. Our team was responsible for all on-site management along with the production of the BOQ and management of the tender and award process. The role further expanded to interior refurbishment of the main hotel structure.
