PURCHASE ASSISTANT

Plug-in used to set supplier to particular product & generate purchase order of selected product
followed by Supplier. Create Purchase Invoice after generating Purchase Order. To generate Purchase
Invoice, add "Received Quantity", change the price of the product if required. You can SAVE Purchase
Order & Purchase Invoice in PDF format also.

2 Features
2.1 Purchase Order Functionality
Purchase order allows buyers to clearly and explicitly communicate their intentions to sellers.
Sellers are protected in case of a buyer's refusal to pay for goods or services.
Purchase orders help a purchasing agent to manage incoming orders and pending orders
2.1.1 Create New Purchase Order
To create a NEW PURCHASE ORDER, click on navigation SALES -> Order
Either creates a New Order or Select form the Existing orders. Select the Product in two
different ways as below:
o Create New Order (Either Write in)
o Select Existing Order
This section allows user to create and manage new purchase order by entered details
as: Product Name, Price per Unit, Quantity etc. For Existing Product with the help of
look up select the product.
2.1.2 Product-Supplier Relationship
If you want to assign supplier to products or add a new supplier, then you need to perform the
following steps:

o Click on “Add Supplier” Button to add a new supplier for the product. o Clicking on “Add/Edit supplier” will open up a pop up where you can set supplier to a
particular product from the drop down.
2.1.3 Generate P/O
After adding the Order Products, To generate the Purchase Order click on Generate PO which is available at more CRM ribbon as shown below:
Generate PO will open a page in which you can select supplier. You can add supplier by clicking on Add Supplier.

If you have assigned a supplier to product then supplier will selected by default .and if you have to change supplier then you can select from dropdown list.
After generating P.O, Purchase order display on the order page as shown in reference screen below.

Purchase Orders will be created and visible as created PO’s as shown below.
You can also save PDF of purchase order by navigating Run Report -> Purchase Order

2.2 Purchase Invoice Functionality
Click on Create Purchase Invoice which is available at More Commands as shown below.

Create Purchase Invoice will open a page as shown below.
Create Purchase Invoice will open a page in which you can add received quantity, which you
received by your supplier, you can also change price if it is different.
After creating purchase invoice, Invoices display on the purchase order page.
