QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree (at least 2nd division) in the relevant subject or equivalentqualifications . Provided that for the subject of English, M.A. 3rd division with diploma in Englishfrom Allama Iqbal Open University will also be eligible.

PAY: i) BS-17ii ) Rs:4000/- p.m. in case of posting at Tehsil Headquarters & below (as Additional

Allowance).

AGE: 21 to 28 years + 05 years General age relaxation in upper age limit as perGovernment of the Punjab (S & GAD) Notification No. SOR-1(S&GAD)9-36/81dated04-11-2006 = 33 years on 05-09-2011.

ELIGIBILITY: Male and Female as detailed above domiciled in any district of the Punjab Province.

IMPORTANT NOTE: One paper written test of MCQ (multiple choice questions) type of Master's level 02 hours

duration with the syllabus “comprehension of the subject” shall be conducted to shortlist the

candidates as per policy of PPSC.

A candidate applying for more than one subject must submit application in each subjectseparately.

Candidates applying on disabled quota will be eligible for open merit seats. However, selection ofsuch candidates against the disabled quota shall be made on the basis of Inter-se-merit,

irrespective of their subjects .

Candidates applying on minority quota will be eligible for open merit seats. However,

selection of such candidates against the minority quota shall be made on the basis of Inter-se-merit, irrespective of their subjects .

The appointee will have to stay at least three years at the first place of posting.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS



Applicants are required to submit ONLINE Application Forms by the closing date - which is

05-09-2011. In addition Print Outs of ONLINE filled forms duly signed will also be sent to PPSC

along with following documents:-

a ) Original Treasury receipt of Rs.400 /- under head: “C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-

EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISION”.Challan Form is available on website.

b) Matriculation Certificate, showing date of birth and in case of 'O' Level, equivalent

certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad and date of birth given inschool leaving certificate.

c) Intermediate Certificate/ 'A' level along with equivalent qualification . d ) Degree /Detailed marks of Graduation and Master in the relevant subject duly issued by

Controller of Examinations showing total/obtained marks and percentages

on or before the closing date. In case detailed marks are not produced then minimumpassing marks will be considered.

e ) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab issued on or before theclosing date.

f ) In case of Government Servants, the Departmental Permission Certificate (available on

web site )duly signed/stamped by the concerned Department. g). Copy of valid C.N. I.C.

h ). In case of disabled person, the disability certificate duly issued by competent authority ofSocial Welfare Department.

i). If the applicant claims the award of additional marks, allowed to one unemployed child ofa civil servant of Punjab Government who was incapacitated or died while in service, he

should select 'Yes' otherwise 'No' . If yes, following documents should besubmitted along with the application form, otherwise the claim for such marks will not be

accepted: -

i) Death Certificate of the parent from the Corporation/Municipality concerned.

ii) Certificate from the concerned Department showing Name and Designation of the

Incapacitated or deceased Punjab Government Servant.

iii) Form B of Registration of the family of the Incapacitated or deceased CivilServant.

iv) Affidavit from the candidate that he/she is un-employed and that he/she hasneither already availed the benefit of additional marks nor shall avail this

concession in future.

v) Affidavit from other brothers and sisters of the candidate declaring solemnly thatthey surrender their right of grant to additional marks in favour of the candidate

and neither they have already availed this benefit nor shall claim the same infuture .

Candidates are required to submit their filled HARD COPY PRINT OUT application formsalong with all necessary documents within one week after the closing date i .e.
