NACHI-FUJIKOSHI has been a leader inthe hydraulics industry for over 30years. Our manufacturing capabilitiesand engineering experience have beenbrought together to create this new

design of pump. The new semi-cylindri-cal swash plate allows smooth, stableoperation, increases efficiency andreduces noise.

Pressure rate control response isfast. The simple constructionimproves reliability and eliminatesproblems.

The NACHI flow adjusting mecha-nism, operating with the action of thesemi-cylindrical swash plate, allowsvery sharp cut-off characteristics.Adjustment is easily made with aspanner tool.

The special shaped fluid flow port andminute grooves have been developedto reduce noise and thus makes theoperating sound negligible.

The swash plate a semi-cylindricaldesign concept is an advancement tothe conventional type. In addition tothe innovative form, the swash plateadopts special bearings control side-ways motion to further increase effi-ciency. Power output is not affectedby load changes.

Pressure balance ofthe shoe and theswash plate in the lat-eral direction isaccomplished by dis-charged fluid directedto the cavity of theshoe creating acompletelyhydraulically balancedassembly. The smoothoperation achievedcontributes to the highefficiency, low noiseand extended life.
