Project: Wichtig Mail Description: The voting tool is to be created for the Wichtig writing process (The word Wichtig means

‘Important’. ‘Wichtig Mail’ and ‘Wichtig Info’ are (names of) two kinds of documents that would be put to voting in this tool) and should be flexible enough for general files to be uploaded and shared.A document to be voted is created by an Author (technical advisor from MB Vans here) and sent for voting. There should be multiple steps/sessions in voting, which will happen one after the other. These voting steps consist of voting groups and the members of these groups would be called Auditor hereafter. Each auditor can for his/her voting group accept, reject and make counter-proposals (which we call queries or comments). When all the voting groups have approved the document in a voting session, it is

submitted for consideration of the next round of voting. After the final round of voting, the document is considered as approved for publication. These approved documents can then be sent to a large predefined recipient-circle (Mail lists) and would be then valid as published.In addition to this basic functionality, it is required that all changes, queries and events are stored in a ‘History’ space. Authors should have the possibility to edit the documents any time and to set the approval-status manually backward or forward.
