What is it?

Puerto Rico Trainers’ is a program that will give certain members the opportunity to help train local AIESECers in a specific area of knowledge. The program will be readily available to all committees. The trainings will be of different tools needed for the development and growth of members within a specific functional area or within the organization as a whole. The committees will be able to request trainings for different topics and, in return, we will choose the Trainer most adept in that field.

Why is it necessary?

Puerto Rico Trainers’ program will help in the development and growth of the Trainers and the Trainees. The Trainers will have the opportunity to educate other members in certain areas that are relevant to each committee’s needs. They will get the opportunity to pass along the knowledge that they have acquired throughout their time in AIESEC, while seeing how the Trainees develop and grow in their knowledge of AIESEC.

How will the Trainers be chosen?

Every member that wants the opportunity to become a Trainer will have to fill out the application found at this link:

When is the deadline for the application?

The deadline to fill out the form will be February 25th,
