The Puck™ Pointer is a natural, intui- tive point-and-select device that can be integrated into a keyboard; its fully digital design gives it a low height of 0.55" or lower. The Puck™ Pointer is the first point- ing device that has the promise of becoming an industry standard. Puck Pointers for Small PortablesThe Puck™ Pointer is right at homein a small computer. Puck pointerscan be made as small as 0.625" x0.625" (dimensions of the lower, hid-den part of the Puck pointer thatresides in the keyboard). At this sizethe resolution will be 32 x 32. ThePuck™ Pointer can also be maderetangularly with different resolutionsin each axis. Call us for minimumdimensions on the resolution yourequire.The Puck™ Pointer can be used inbriefcase size portables, hand-heldportables, transportables. . . . It's soflexible, it can fit into most com-puters on the market.

The Puck™ Pointer forHigh Resolution SystemsUsable resolutions as high as 4096 x4096 are available. High resolution isobtained by smoothly mapping thePuck™ Pointer's output, rather thanincreasing the size of the Puck™Pointer. The maximum suggesteddimensions of the lower part of thePuck™ Pointer are 3"x 3," regardlessof the resolution, while travel for theupper part of the Puck™ Pointer is 1"in any direction.
