Conjecture:It may be that Joanna Martin handled a couple of things for Frank Scutari, the divorce and a property issue, etc. And when she married Frank Scutari was forced into her “retirement” since he was convicted of aiding and abetting his brother in actions relating to Richard Scutari's crimes with the Brinks robbery, Alan Berg murder, Aryan Nations, and other anti-government groups.
