METHODOLOGY:The Public Works State Study is sponsored by Hanley Wood, publisher of PUBLIC WORKS, and conducted by Farnsworth Group, a leading industry market research firm.
The survey was conducted online and included PUBLIC WORKS print subscribers with email addresses and responsibilities for planning, purchasing, or management of city or county-level projects.
The data was collected from May 2, 2016 to July 5, 2016 and the findings citied are based on 171 usable responses.
