The recent budget outlines a strong focuson resourcing, productivity, workforce and culture to ensure the success of new citizen and business focused initiatives. Topics include attracting, developing, retaining and engaging a diverse range of talent, the future of work, effective multigenerational workforce management, employee engagement, leadership and remote working arrangements.
Technology play critical roles in thepositive transformation of government;from the upgrading of legacy IT systems,to transitioning of government policymaking and service delivery towardsdigital models, transferring data andservices to the cloud and front edgeleading advances like automation andmachine learning.
