The vehicle can be inspected from Monday to Friday from 09.00-13.00 and 14.00-17.00 (16.00 on Fridays) at the office of the EU Delegation to Albania at ABA Business Center, Rruga Papa Gjon Pali II, 17th Floor, Tirana, Albania. Conditions of the public sale

• The vehicle is sold on an "as is, where is" basis; • The buyer has to bear all import duties in full compliance with the Albanian laws: the EU

Delegation is tax-exempt and no import duties or taxes were paid when the vehicle was initially purchased;

• The interested bidder should submit his/her bid (during office hours) to the following address:

Submission of bids

• Standard format has to be used (available at EU Delegation Reception); • The bid must be in EURO; • Minimum bid: EUR 500.- (lower bids are not accepted); • Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope mentioning: "Public Sale - Mercedes Benz

Evaluation and adjudication

The best bidder is selected based on the highest price offered. Only the winner of the public sale will be informed. The EU Delegation reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Payment

The best bidder has to deposit the purchase price at the EU Delegation's bank account within 7 calendar days. If the offered price is not paid within the deadline, the second best bidder will be selected. Handing over of the vehicle

Presenting the payment/depositing proof of the purchase price, the buyer will be handed over the vehicle. The winner of the public sale has to remove the vehicle from the EU Delegation parking at the latest 7 calendar days after payment. The Delegation of the European Union to Albania is not responsible for any cost involved in removing the vehicle which is bought "as is, where is", nor in maintaining/insuring/repairing/covering running costs or taxes of the above vehicle.
