Call to Order and Welcoming Remarks Chairman George Scott called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
He welcomed everyone and thanked everyone for attending.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting
After proper motion and second it was carried that:
the minutes of the January 28, 2012 meeting be approved as presented.
Chairman Scott announced that he had assigned all members of the PR Committee to work
in subcommittees assigned to the following projects:
Trade Show & Buyers Guide: Terry Yoder (Richard Goldstein, Mark Robinson)
Membership PR: Melissa Schroder (Brian Epstein, Eddie Krause)
Educational & Philanthropic: Craig Ward (Mark Reynolds)
Manufacturing & New Dealers: George Scott (Kim Khoury)
2013 Buyer’s Guide – Rates will remain the same for the 2013 Buyers Guide as they were for
2011. Our goal is to sell the same level as advertising as in 2011, 57 ads totaling $62,367
revenue. The color will be Black shades of gray and highlighted with yellow.
2012 IMTS – The booth graphics are to be changed this year to reflect the new Buyer’s Guide
and to say “Machine Tool Buyer’s Guide”
