**ForModelB-Private-landBasedSubsidizedHousing(AHPSchemeforEWS),theinfrastructurestatusbenefitunderSec80IBAofITAct1961willbeapplicableonlyiftheprojecthas50%ofFAR/FSIdedicatedtodwellingunitsofminimum60sq.m.carpetarea.Therefore,apartfrom35%ofhousesforEWS,theprojectwouldberequiredtoconstructremainingpercentofFARineithertheEWS/LIGcategorytoqualifyfortheabovebenefits.

Forsuchprojects,acombinaPonofModelAandBcanalsobeworkedout.
