• 3 historically grown legacy systems w/ partially different processing algorithms

• Limited order related MRP only for <34 days (need for 100 days)

• Partially inconsistent requirements due to a multi level explosion (e.g. inhouse parts)

• Limited know-how and support for current legacy systems

• Missing scalability by current system landscape

• Standardized order related MRP based on classic BOM

• Scalable planning horizon up to 100 days

• Improved process for MRP Monitoring (KPI oriented MRP cockpit)

• Drill-down per KPI up to level of document/movement for back tracing

• Real-time monitoring for our brooker (e.g. order related days of supply)
