If a nurse you were working with approached you and told you she was uncomfortable completing a dressing on their patients groin, what would you say? . Do you believe that respect is important in the workplace and why? . If a client refuses your care on a basis of gender, race or culture how would you approach the situation? . What are your views on workplace bullying? . How would you feel in regards to patients choice of refusing CPR? . TEAMWORK . Describe a time when you have been involved in a team . do you consider yourself a team player and can you describe this in what way? . The Alfred uses an interdisciplinary approach to care how does a nurses role fit into this model? . How does team work affect patient care? .
